Geography Business Leader - Acquisition & Relationship Sales YCOP / Program Head
Responsibilities :
- Target relationships for new Ycop mandates basis BU CRM of Key Focus large corporates
- Conduct Joint calls with relationship Group BU RM /TLs, BU Heads, Product, Senior Leadership to facilitate the acquisition of new key relationships and follow-ups
- He needs to understand & analyze the corporate requirements and suggest customized solutions to fulfill their short term & long term requirements
- To track competition offers during corporate visits & proactively recommend for review & revision to Product & MCC
- Work towards maximizing conversion of OPDT accounts (Senior Management) and increasing YES FIRST penetration
- Work towards maximizing the sale of YES Private Credit Card
- To explore other banking requirements and coordinate with other related groups to increase banking relationships
- Jointly review portfolio corporate with respective relationship RMs on a regular basis
Expected Candidate Profile :
- Education: MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools
Past Experience:
- MBA with 10- 12 years of relevant experience in sales role, relationship management, and client servicing
- Knowledge of banking systems and processes will be an added advantage
- Must have past experience in managing a team; demonstrated successful leadership experience of 3-5years
- Past Organization: Must necessarily come from Banking Organization, preferable Corporate Salary
