About our Client: Our client is a well diversified financial services group that has interests in real estate, wealth advisory and portfolio management. It is one of the most established and reputed real estate private equity firms in India

Job Description: The candidate will be expected to:

- Originate, structure, negotiate and execute investments in India

- Support and manage deal execution teams including overseeing financial and quantitative analysis, due diligence, structuring, documentation and financing

- Assist in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective, and assist in the execution of transactions arising from such review

- Work with Executives and Investment team, deal team and business unit colleagues cross functionally on a regular basis

- Oversee / maintain deal pipeline, collate internal updates, create deal presentations for board and C-level executives

The Successful Candidate:

- The right candidate would have 7-8 years of real estate private equity/ M&A experience with a leading Private Equity fund/or an Investment Bank.

- The candidate must have completed their MBA from one of the top business schools.
