Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- The vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation customer engagement products will be developed and communicated.
- Cross-functional teams will be led and aligned to ensure successful execution of the product vision.
- Innovation will be driven to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, differentiating offerings from competitors.
Product Development:
- The entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation through to launch and ongoing enhancement, will be overseen.
- Scalable, flexible, and robust products that cater to international market needs will be ensured.
- A data-driven and imaginative approach to product development, utilizing analytics and customer insights, will be promoted.
Market Expansion:
- Strategies to expand customer engagement products internationally will be created and implemented.
- Thorough market research and competitive analysis will be conducted to guide product decisions and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners will be built and maintained to support global expansion efforts.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of a high-performing team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts will be undertaken.
- A collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and development will be fostered.
- Clear goals and performance metrics will be set to drive accountability and achieve results.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Clients will be engaged to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Educational Background: A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Technology with an MBA from a reputable institution is required.
Experience: 15 years of experience in Product Management is required, including at least 7 years in developing products for Engagement Management Systems, Platforms, BFSI, Payments, e-Commerce, or related areas.
Technical Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in developing AI-powered products is necessary.
- Familiarity with Generative AI is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of agile methodologies and design flow processes is required.
