- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework across NCR & key cities across North India with client segment focused on family offices, HNI's, Insurance Companies, Banks, PF Trusts & other relevant real estate asset owners.
- Actively market investment themes focused on real estate assets viz not limited to credits, yielding asset, AIF, REIT'S IPO, unlisted prop-tech fundraises.
- Originate capital market transactions from family offices, asset owners, developers, and institutional clients.
- Focus on CRE yielding assets & other capital markets akin to transactions to generate revenues.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders for originations and investor referrals.
- Analyse and present financial data for relevant transactions to various sets of investors.
- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
- Maintain database and actively engage with clients in the Northern region
Qualifications & Skills desired for the role:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- An MBA from a premier institution or relevant comparable degree.
- 15+ years of experience dealing with the capital market and real estate and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and other relevant client segments.
- Ability to run independently a profitable and sustainable business.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry. Executed capital market transactions of approximately 500 crores plus
- Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends
- A professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focus
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring investors
- relationships with at least 100 active client relationships with HNIs and family offices having an investable of a surplus of 250 crores and above
- In-depth knowledge of real estate across all asset classes not limited to residential or commercial
- Deep proficiency in excel.
