We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Payer - Operations. As a Senior Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our payer operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, with a strong focus on conceptualizing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance payer operations, including capacity planning and resource management to optimize utilization.

- Ensure a high-quality customer experience by elevating customer satisfaction levels while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and work processes.

- Drive cost-effective operations by managing resources efficiently and effectively, while maintaining profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain operating standards and achieve organizational objectives.

- Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the overall profitability of payer operations through strategic utilization and deployment of available resources.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market.
