- Co-Lending

- Understanding of Co-lending use cases in detail

- Scout for partners (NBFC's/Fintech's) in the market for Co-lending

- Liaise with NBFC's and Fintech's and ensure proper closure

- Liaise internally (within the bank) with multiple stakeholders - Policy, Credit, IT, Infosec, Legal etc

- In depth knowledge of technology providers in the space

- Connects with platform companies

- Partnerships & Alliances

- Lookout/onboard fintech partners for alliances

- Constantly meet and scout for deals with alliance partners to increase book

- Negotiation (internal and external) with partners

- Scout for Fintech's in the Start Up lending space.

- Establish alliances for small ticket unsecured lending.

- Alliances for ESG funding

Desirable to have :

- Knowledge about LOS/LMS system

- Credit Underwriting

- RBI policies on Digital lending guidelines
