Job Description :

- Responsible to manage entire back-of-the-house & front-of-the-house hospital operation by implementing/executing processes which are effective, which promotes patient safety and are compliant to various regulatory & accreditation requirements.

- Setting strategic direction for the organization, formulating policies for overall smooth functioning of the hospital.

Description :

- Responsible for supporting the best quality of patient care

- Ensure hospital's operational policies & processes are created and well implemented at various areas

- Ensure routine operational activities gets managed smoothly to ensure satisfaction of each stakeholder (Administration, Management team, Clinician, Patient, Attendants, and Staff)

- Implement & follow standards for operational excellence to maximize efficiency & effectiveness of human, material and financial resources in the organization

- Safeguard required compliance with concerned bodies

- Develop collaborative relationships, partnerships and system integration with appropriate agencies and organizations within the community

- Put into place systems, processes and policies for an effective and efficient Hospital system

Profile :

- Post Graduate in Business Management

- Successful track record of working at Leadership position

- Education : Post Graduate

- Experience : 18-25 years

- Ex-entrepreneur can be considered

Job Offer :

Directly reporting to the CEO , the incumbent will lead all front of the house and back of the house operations for one of India's largest and well known hospital.
