- To support Executive Director in ensuring seamless operations

To handle the following departments at Group Level:

- Billing

- Quality

- Projects

- Bio Medical

- IT

- Purchase

- To streamline the above departments in order to ensure system driven organization.

- To support the organization in achieving the desired EBITDA by controlling costs, reduce leakages and optimum utilization of resources.

- To analyze the business and define strategy of the above department support to the Units to function effectively.
