Senior Vice President - Operational Risk Management - Bank

We are hiring for ORM team at Sr VP level for our BFSI client. If interested please reply with your updated cv and current ctc, expected ctc and notice period

- Good knowledge of Wholesale Banking Domain including processes of Credit, Trade and Cash Management Services.

- Ability to lead and conduct Operational Risk Executive Committee independently

- Interaction with senior and top management to highlight and discuss key operational risks/issues emanating from various products and processes.

- Representing ORM in various internal Committees and Forums

- Deep knowledge of maintenance of Operational loss database and its corresponding linkage with other data points.

- Ability to conduct thematic reviews across the Wholesale Banking Domain basis directions from various Committees.

- Conducting Stress testing for Operational Risk Scenarios

- Review new product/product variant rollouts prior to launch and highlight operational risks associated as part of forward looking risk management

- Support the Business in designing/monitoring key risk indicators and RCSAs

- CA or MBA with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions

Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of power point & excel

- Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets

- CA or MBA with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions would be an advantage

- Good communication skills

- Should be able to independently carry out the task

- Team Management
