Senior Vice President - Micro Finance - CA

Our client is a leading Micro finance Institution with a strong presence in Eastern India. Headquartered in Kolkata, our client has already received multiple rounds of funding from leading developmental agencies and private equity institutions. The detailed JD is provided herein below.

Position : Sr. Vice President - Microfinance

Location : Kolkata

Education Qualification : Chartered Accountant with experience in Finance with 15-20 years of relevant experience with a large organisation. CS or MBA in Finance along with CA will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Head the entire gamut of Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance in the company.

- Work closely with the External stake holders Board, the MD and the CEO to lay out the roadmap for the organization.

- Provide Vision and leadership to all support functions within the enterprise

- Manage relationship with regulators, key investors and other external stake-holders.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Energetic and Self Driven individual with 15-20 years of experience, an exposure to Banking, Microfinance and Financial Services will be preferred

- Must possess excellent man-management skills and adept at dealing with Senior Management including Investors, Board Members and Regulators.

- A results-oriented, make-it-happen person.
