- Develop and implement liquidity and market risk management strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to liquidity and market risk.

- Lead the risk assessment and mitigation planning for new product launches.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to the board of directors.

- Manage a team of risk professionals, providing leadership and development opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful 'SVP - Liquidity and Market Risk' should have:

- 10 years of overall experience in retail banking and financial services.

- Open to New Delhi as a location, WFO/WFH.

- Candidate should come with experience dealing with retail banking and loans industry.
