Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sector Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceuticals sector to identify growth opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across pharmaceutical companies, fostering a collaborative and enduring client base.

- Superior Deal Origination: Proactively source and develop new business opportunities, capitalizing on market trends and insights to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Compelling Pitch Book Development: Lead the creation of persuasive pitch books that effectively articulate client value propositions and differentiated deal theses.

- Market Intelligence & Insights: Stay abreast of critical market developments and competitor activity within the Pharmaceuticals sector, providing valuable and timely insights to guide strategic decision-making.

- Transaction Execution Leadership: Collaborate effectively across deal teams to shepherd complex transactions from origination to successful closing, ensuring flawless execution.

- Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seamlessly partner with Research, IBD Product, and Sales teams to drive efficient transaction execution.

- Due Diligence Oversight: Oversee the due diligence process for live transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Knowledge Management: Contribute to the team's knowledge base by maintaining databases and case studies of relevant transactions within the Pharmaceuticals sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven Track Record: 8-12 years of demonstrably successful experience in Investment Banking Coverage/Origination, preferably within the Pharmaceuticals sector.

- Strategic Acumen: A keen understanding of the Pharmaceuticals industry landscape, coupled with the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

- Exceptional Client Relationship Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives, fostering trust and confidence.

- Analytical Expertise: Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of financial modeling software, Bloomberg, and Thomson Reuters data platforms.
