Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - Infrastructure/Industrial Sector

Location: Mumbai.

Qualification: MBA / PG/CA

Job Role:

Engaged in lending for projects in Infra and Industrial.

Executing the complete cycle - deal origination, credit assessment, and disbursal and post disbursal monitoring / relationship management.

Engaged in structuring and implementing innovative deals to add value to the client within the lending norms/priority sector guidelines of RBI.

Responsible for preparation of credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, industry, management and financials.

Liasoning with other departments of the Bank for timely sanction of credit proposals.

Conducting pre and post sanction unit visits for reviewing operations and understanding the business model of the clients.

Monitoring of existing accounts in co-ordination with the team for conduct, timely payments & recovery of interest, review, renewal & modification of credit facilities in line with business requirement of the borrowers.
