Senior Vice President - International Finance - CA - Manufacturing

We are currently looking for an Senior Vice President- International Finance for one of the largest business houses of India, to be based at their office in Delhi/ NCR.

- Our client is A 30 billion indian business conglomerate, who are among top 10 cos of the world, in their field of manufacturing. The company enjoys a strong presence in the manufacturing sector.

The company has a global presence with 7 manufacturing plants in India.

Job Profile:

- Overall responsibility of Corporate Finance, QIP,PE funding, Treasury, Investor Relations, resource mobilization, working capital management. Corp Finance, Global Banking relationship, orchestrating project planning, Offshore subsidiaries, M&A, Investor relations, dealing with other stakeholders, Over all responsibility for other finance function, all fund raising for standalone and overseas subsidiaries. Heading Investors relation of the group.

Actively involved in determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control. Handle Project Finance; Capital Market; raising funds through equity issue. Working capital management with Consortium of banks.

Desired candidate profile:

Must haves

1.) Must be from Manufacturing industry

2.) Must have excellent stability

3.) Excellent Communications

4.) Experience in International Banking, International Fund Raising, strong relations with US & European Banks,

- The ideal candidate should be a CA with about 18 - 20 years of relevant experience in finance and out of which at least 5 years in international finance (maintly dealing with banks, FIs, PE, etc in western countries)

- Candidate must have excellent track record of raising funds and providing all support related documents.

- Good relationship with banks, FIs, PEs, etc is essential - Familiarity of relevant / applicable international laws is essential

a. Education/Qualification : Should be a CA preferably in 1st attempt with min 15-18 years of experience in International Finance

Job Location : Delhi/ NCR

Salary : Best among the industry (Could go upto Rs.1 Crore)
