Senior Vice President - Infrastructure

Responsibilities :

- Partners with Head - Business to lead the real estate and infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise, supporting the highly successful and fast growing business of IT FIRM, India.

- Develops the real estate vision for the company and helps in executing great infrastructure deals.

- Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage real estate trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations.

- Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships.

- Participate in the formulation of the company's infrastructure strategy and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.

- Builds and manages a high performance infrastructure team and leads with a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications :

Minimum Education and Experience :

- 15+ years- total experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing infrastructure and projects to the scale of $1B.

- Master's Degree and or equivalent work experience.

- Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in project management.
