Job Description : Our global SaaS fintech company is looking for a leader to head their professional services/global delivery team based out of Hyderabad. You will be responsible for scaling the Consulting footprint globally, P&L, building out the Playbook, recruiting top talent in order to build out the global practice.

Client Details : Our client is a US headquartered unicorn in the fin-tech SaaS space with customers across NA and EMEA.

Description :

Reporting into the Global Head of Professional services and consulting function, you will be responsible to :

- Lead the implementation services for the assigned clients

- Lead 500+ people in the function

- Work with cross departments (Sales, Product Management, Customer Value, Infrastructure) to be able to come up with solutions which help provide value to clients

- Build strong relationships with Senior client stakeholders

- Manage project resources including Directors, Program Managers, Solution Architect, and Consultants

- Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed.

- Assist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projects

Profile :

Ideal candidate :

- 15+ years of experience

- Must have previously worked with IT software/SaaS companies/Consulting companies

- Must have exposure to team handling (atleast 300 members)

- Scaled up P&L and headcount

- Must have worked in capacity of Partner (Consulting firm)/Practice Director/SVP Delivery

- Solution understanding of Enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, ERP, etc)
