We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Vice President - Human Resources to lead and transform our HR function in alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Transformation within the Real Estate or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership roles across the group.

- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

HR Operations

- Oversee HR functions including employee life cycle management, compensation, compliance, and performance management systems.

- Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies across all units and projects.

Learning & Development

- Identify competency gaps and implement learning roadmaps for career progression.

- Develop and roll out leadership development programs.

Employee Engagement

- Design and execute engagement programs to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

- Regularly measure employee engagement metrics and lead interventions.

Organizational Transformation

- Lead HR transformation initiatives that align with changing business goals.

- Drive culture-building activities during business expansions, mergers, or transitions.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in HR/PGDM/Advanced Management Program from a reputed institute.

- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.

- Strong background in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industries preferred.

- Demonstrated success in building high-performance teams and driving HR transformation.

- Certifications in talent assessments (e.g., Caliper, Thomas Profiling) are a plus.
