Senior Vice President - Human Resources
- The Senior Vice President - Human Resources will lead and drive the human resources strategy for the organisation.
- He or she will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth objectives, promotes a strong organizational culture, and ensures a high performance workforce.
- This role will focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR compliance
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 15 - 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role, ideally in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector , Consumer durables, FMCG handling multiple units and geographies.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, and employee relations within a growing, high-performance environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals and to drive organizational transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, develop, and mentor HR teams and senior leaders.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, and labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives
