Profile Specification

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technically strong along with contract and designing

- Responsible for financial well-being of the ongoing projects & upcoming projects

- Establish Financial key performance indicators enabling strategic planning for short term and long term objectives

- Evaluate project financial results related to budget adherence and profitability.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure deliverance of projects as per contract terms and Maximize stakeholders satisfaction levels

- Network with external stakeholders, bodies and associations including NHAI, MSRDC etc.

OPERATIONAL / PROCESS related RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strengthen internal processes for short term and long term business goals

- Lead the risk identification and mitigation plans for all projects

- Reporting matrix and weekly review of progress and benchmark milestones

LEARNING & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review progress on a periodic basis and share knowledge and expertise with teams

- Coach and mentor internal teams for effective deliveries

- Create internal talent pool and identify and nurture future leaders

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION Degree in Engineering-Civil with NICMAR Graduation. Formal qualification in Management will be added advantage FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

- Contract Management and administration and compliance

- Technical knowhow and expertise in Highways, Bridges, Tunnels & expertise of high altitude terrains

- Sound know how of Designing

- Sound Financial acumen

- Networking and relationships with various relevant bodies including NHAI.
