Key Product experience Rural Unsecured PL & Business Installment Loan - Rural Mortgages - JLG product(Microfinance Loans) - Two-wheelers - Small CV financing Key Performance Indicators Policy and Process Framework 1. Prepare product policies and processes in accordance with Board approved guidelines. 2. Interaction with business and credit teams to incorporate changes 3. Track and react to external influence/trigger like Bureau behavior/rating agencies/Macro indicators. 4. Do periodical stress tests to ensure necessary actions are being taken for modification in respective product policy documents Portfolio Management Define/ alter policies in line with : - Loss forecast, portfolio performance &basis the loss plan - Business forecast - balance the business and loss forecast, calibrate policies to achieve management numbers. - Portfolio management activities - based on collection feedback. - Identify and act upon various risk arising out of credit/process activities. People / Team 1. Effective training and timely communication of policy changes to ground teams 2. Manage and supervise direct reports (if any) 1. Process adherence as measured by audit ratings, FTR score and TAT are key deliverables. 2. Quality as measured by delinquency, bounce rates and loss numbers are key deliverables. 3. Defining and testing of Business Rules in system. Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge - Extensive knowledge of rural markets in unsecured and secured product segment. - Experience of handling multiple geographies. - Ability to take wholesome view and deduce patterns arising out of various activities. - Flair for numbers and sound understanding of analytical models. - Meticulous and Ability to perform under pressure. - Good analytical skill - Demonstrate core company values, including high integrity and ethics. No. of years of relevant experience: 12+ years in banking or NBFCs in credit underwriting, Analytics, Policy, Risk or collections. Experience of working in Risk or Policy vertical is desirable. Any specific specialization/education: MBA or CA or any other equivalent qualifications.
