Senior Vice President/Head - Project Implementation - Renewable Energy Power Producing Firm

Position: Sr. VP - Head of Project Implementation (Renewable Energy Power Producing Company)

Role:

- Operational Support: Ensure smooth execution of renewable energy projects in line with company goals.

- Project Supervision: Oversee the implementation of projects and SPVs, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.

- Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with teams and report project progress to senior management.

- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors.

Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

- 25+ years of experience, with 10-15 years in renewable energy project implementation (50 MW+)

- Good Project management skills

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Good team leadership experience and skills

- Experience in compliance and problem-solving expertise in renewable energy projects.

- Organizational and multitasking abilities
