Key Responsibilities

- Strategic & Multi-Geography Project Leadership

- Lead the delivery of several unique parks across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission to make outdoor spaces vibrant and joyful.

- Develop scalable construction strategies while embracing local cultural nuances to create spaces that reflect the spirit of each community.

- Oversee simultaneous projects, balancing speed, quality, and the creative vision that makes each park distinct.

- Customer Experience-Oriented Construction

- Build experience-first environments, focusing on every touchpoint that brings joy and wonder to guests.

- Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure construction decisions enhance the guest experience, making outdoor spaces more engaging and inclusive.

- Ensure parks offer immersive, multi-sensory experiences that cater to a diverse audience, with joy for all as the guiding principle.

- Art Production & Installation

- Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of art and experiential elements, ensuring parks remain unique and culturally resonant.

- Ensure the artistic and experiential quality remains high across all parks while balancing practicality and engineering constraints.

- Civil & Related Construction

- Lead large-scale civil and infrastructure projects while integrating innovative construction practices to create sustainable, resilient spaces.

- Focus on the long-term durability and functionality of outdoor spaces without compromising creativity and aesthetics.

- Procurement & Vendor Management

- Build a robust procurement strategy that sources the best materials and services globally while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality.

- Foster partnerships with suppliers who share the organizations passion for creating joyful, community-centric spaces.

- Park Design & Concept Realization

- Translate high-level park concepts into real-world environments that inspire exploration and joy.

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate design, infrastructure, and guest experience into seamless, functional spaces.

- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices while maintaining the creative spirit of each project.

- Proactively manage risks across multiple regions and adjust strategies to stay aligned with overall goals and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Masters degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred.

Experience

- 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with 5+ years leading multi-geography, customer experience-focused projects.

MEP

- Proven track record of delivering complex, community-centric projects on time and within budget.

- Experience in building outdoor experiential spaces such as theme parks, Retails, or multi-use developments is a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Visionary mindset, with a passion for creating spaces that transform the outdoors and bring communities together.

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing diverse teams across regions.

- Customer-centric focus with the ability to translate creative concepts into high-quality, functional spaces.

- Proficiency in modern construction and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and sustainability practices.
