Are you a visionary sales leader with a proven track record of driving exponential revenue growth? We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President - Global Sales to lead our client's sales function and accelerate growth across the globe for a top-tier B2B research and consulting firm.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in consultative and enterprise sales, building and scaling high-performing teams, and closing multimillion-dollar engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Global Sales Team: Report directly to the executive leadership team and own the global sales function.

- Revenue Growth: Drive significant net new revenue by pursuing new business opportunities and deepening relationships with existing clients.

- Sales Team Leadership: Manage and scale a team of 4 - 5 sales professionals, leading them to exceed sales targets and building the business from the ground up.

- Quota Ownership: Take responsibility for a substantial annual sales quota, with the focus on driving increasing contract values year-on-year.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement high-velocity, volume-based sales strategies, managing sales cycles ranging from a single day to several months.

- Process Optimization: Build and refine efficient sales processes, addressing key areas such as territory coverage, resource productivity, and account activation.

- Multi-channel Sales Execution: Leverage both inbound and outbound sales strategies to maximize revenue across global markets and verticals.

- Team Development & Recruitment: Hire and mentor top-tier sales talent, leveraging your personal networks to strengthen the team.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, demand generation, and client success teams to ensure seamless client engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Extensive Experience: 12-25 years of experience in B2B sales within the research and consulting sector, with a proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes.

- Proven Track Record: History of consistently exceeding sales quotas in the range of $1.5M to $2M+ in new client acquisition and growing multimillion-dollar deals.

- Consultative Selling Expertise: Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies and proven ability to build relationships with senior executives, particularly within Fortune 1000 companies.

- Hands-on Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a "10x growth mindset" and a passion for executing in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

- Sales Cycle Mastery: Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, building and optimizing processes for efficiency and success.

- Emotional & Intellectual Leadership: High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strategic intellect (IQ), with a proven ability to motivate, scale, and mentor high-performance teams.
