Senior Vice President - Finance Service Delivery - Shared Service

Senior Vice President(Female Candidates Required)

- Ability to drive Strategic goals of SBU while working with a diverse group of stakeholders and objectives. The incumbent would need to balance between conflicting priorities and needs of different stakeholders.

- Provide end to end customized and commercially feasible service proposals to bid response team to win new logos

- Build comprehensive Service delivery eco-systems for Global Finance shared service team

- Proven ability in understanding customers - business need, develop and execute business solutions

- Drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency in line with SBU strategy

- Exposure to assessing market trend to create business plans and opportunities for growth

- Experience across entire life cycle of delivery management including transition, staffing, training and operations management

- Experience in working with people across boundaries and culture and interaction with customers at senior leadership position

- Establish and nurture senior level client relationships, understand expectations. Makes the Client the compelling focus of the business

- Bring in thought leadership across all dimensions of shared services operations, including a visionary approach to be able to think through future state of operations and client engagement

- Capability to lead in ambiguous situations and make appropriate decisions

- Successfully motivating and mentoring team through clear communication and organizational skills
