Senior Vice President for a premium educational group in the Middle East

Job Description / The Role :

- Develop and align the education strategy with the vision and strategy for the company

- Provide educational leadership and direction to a cluster of educational institutes from varying contexts and curriculum

- Deliver and monitor the performance, standards and quality of education in the groups

- Ensure there is a consistent focus across the group on high standards of student achievement and continuous student and school improvement.

- Contribute to the recruitment and appointment of Principal and senior colleagues in all new and existing schools

- Ensure the organisation is presented in an appropriate and professional manner to its customers and stakeholders.

- Experience of delivering high quality school improvement and educational services.

- Evidence of leadership of successful change management.

- Should be able to drive a strong customer focus and effective stakeholder engagement.

- Should build productive relationships, inspire meaningful collaborative partnerships, and develop high performing teams.
