Responsibilities:

- Global Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for geographically dispersed delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Contractual Delivery Management: Ensure efficient contract management, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while maximizing profitability.
- Delivering Results: Champion a data-driven approach to quality management, consistently exceeding client objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Financial Acumen: Possess a strong grasp of financial management principles, driving profitability and optimizing delivery costs.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring project delivery remains on track and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for process optimization, constantly seeking ways to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Consistently share industry insights and best practices, promoting thought leadership within the Data & Analytics space.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop winning proposals and secure new business opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in global delivery management, with a proven track record of success in the Data & Analytics domain.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams exceeding 1500 employees.
- Experience managing a Data & Analytics business with a budget exceeding $80 million.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Deep understanding of the Data & Analytics landscape and emerging technologies
