Senior Vice President/CXO

Job Description :

- Head the Business or function on its international expansion and new revenue lines

- Accelerate Growth, Improve Revenue & Margins and improve shareholder value

- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

- Manage P&L

- Build the adequate and suitable workforce to meet the business plan

- Develop goals and objectives that leads to growth and scale

- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the relevant area

- Cross functional leadership across various functions to achieve the business plan

- Assess overall performance against objectives

- Explore options for inorganic growth and strategic partnerships

- Hands on experience in Market Research, Competition benchmarking & go to market

Skills & Qualification :

- Must : 18+ years of experience

- Must : IIT BE & IIM MBA

- Must : minimum 7 years in IT/Technology/Telecom/Software Product Company

- Must : minimum 7 years in international business

- Must : Proven experience in leading any of the following : business, strategy, corporate development, Digital marketing, finance or technology

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
