- Personal responsibility for making decisions in both simple and complex issues within given timelines.
- Guide the team in taking up necessary projects that help in achieving the stated objectives
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and strategize plans to achieve system implementation
- Ensure that CRM is used across all channel teams for their lead management
- Ensure that monitoring and reporting of all input and output CRM vectors
- Ensure that relevant analysis is done to present insights for actioning
- Provide solutions to business problems related to CRM usage and configurations
Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training for self and ensure that the team is also provided relevant trainings
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dashboards and reports are published correctly and to the relevant recipients only
