Job responsibilities :
Person Should be able to work as Team Leader and to handle CDR (Corporate Debt restructuring) matters independently from formulation of a proposal till approval by CDR- EG/JLF
Segment : Corporate Debt Restructuring
Qualification : Preferably CA/ ICWA/ MBA
He must be well versed with the execution and supervising of restructuring assignments with a minimum independent experience of 10-15 years as Team Leader in some reputed organization providing consultancy services in Corporate Debt Restructuring
Experience in Product areas :
- Understanding of CDR mechanism with ability to analyze balance sheet and to provide solutions to clients. Should have exposure in Bank functioning and Bank products
Domain Knowledge Competencies:
- Through knowledge of RBI and CDR guidelines for stressed assets
- Through in financial modeling and analysis of financial statements.
- Through knowledge of financial appraisal of big corporate accounts, including assessment of working capital limits.
- Resolution of NPA and stressed assets.
- Negotiate with the defaulters for early resolution of NPA
- Represent Banks in High Stake NPA negotiations.
- Independently deal with the Defaulters
- Interact with Advocates for Filing recovery suits
- Initiating action under SARFAESI Act,
- Attending DRT, DRAT, Magistrate Court, Session Court, etc.
- If required Regularly pursuing the defaulters for repayment of their dues.
