- Should have managed process focusing on Customer Due Diligence (Preferred :- OCDD (On going customer due diligence), ECDD (Enhanced customer due diligence)
- People & Stakeholder Management - Must have handled team of min 15 to 20 FTE's.
Developing and implementing operational strategies:
An Operations Head is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that all operations run efficiently to meet the organisation's goals.
- Managing and optimising operational processes: An Operations Head may manage and optimise the processes of a business relating to production, the supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards.
- Managing budgets: Operations Heads are responsible for managing the operational budget, including forecasting and allocating resources as required, to meet business goals.
- Analysing data: Operations Heads analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that all processes are efficient.
- Implementing changes: Based on the analysis of operational data, they may also identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance: An Operations Head ensures that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors: As an Operations Head, you may also manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products and services are of high quality and that the company receives them on time.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement: Operations Heads are typically responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and creativity to increase growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
