Responsibilities :

TREASURY

Internal

- Support business on bids for large Projects and terms for After Market orders

- Bank Guarantee Vetting incl. request letter to Bank

- Issue/Renewal of Bank Guarantees/ Letters of Credit Docs

- Support sales with Bank Guarantee/Letter of Credit wordings

- Issue of Corporate Guarantees

- CPX deliverables

- Contingent liability & External facilities reporting

- Inputs for monthly MIS & Report/update GTC

- Expired Bank Guarantees follow-up and cancellation

Banking

- Purpose of inward remittance to bank

- GR Waiver - Free issues

- EDPMS & IDPMS submission

- Merchanting Trade Transactions

- Bank confirmation - Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit and support for Bankers Realization

Compliance & Reporting

- Treasury MIS to Management & Group Treasury

- RBI Compliance

- CPX Deliverables - Review

- RBI reporting & other periodic compliance

- Bank Reconciliation - Review

- LEI formalities
