Title- Senior Transition Manager

Location : Bangalore & Pune

Experience : 10 - 12 years.

Responsibilities:

- 10-12 years of work experience, with 8+ years in transition management within outsourcing, consulting, or global in-house centers.

- Education Background in engineering, business administration, or project management; MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL is desirable.

- Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end, assess transition tools, and drive process improvements.

- Strong experience working with global stakeholders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.

- Expertise in transition management systems, best practices, and competition trends in the outsourcing domain.

- Proficiency in MS Office (trackers, templates, governance packs) and ability to operate in matrix roles with a global outlook.

- Shaping & operationalizing a robust transition methodology (which would include defining detailed deliverables and toll gates, creating and rolling out templates, driving alignments both individually and through roadshows, adapting the process based on learnings, etc.)

- Establishing & implementing shoring best practices (the immediate priority is to execute the POC for use of tech in knowledge transitions, and explore/adopt further best practices going forward)

- Leading critical & complex transitions across tech, data & ops (by co-creating transition plans and co-leading transitions, as per a well-defined RACI with delivery divisions, and enabling a central view of all key transitions as well as archival for future reference through CRM)

- Building strong stakeholder relations (across AGBS leadership, delivery and enabling units, key entities/partners, GO, CSB/captives, etc.)
