1. Sales and Business Development planning and execution.
2. Understand market scenarios and collect effective information from stakeholders and plan market development strategy.
3. Using market research tools to know about competitors, customers, government policies and incentives applicable in the region.
4. Research and gather market intelligence related to customer upcoming business development plans and facility expansion.
5. Continuous interaction with clients to stay agile and ensure customer support.
6. Following up inquiries received from the lead generation team through website, tele calls and other marketing resources.
7. Onsite visit to customer for product introduction through presentation and demo, to know their issues and future plan and to build strong business relationship.
8. Arranging conference meetings with customers together with the technical /management team as per requirement.
9. Arranging sample products for customer evaluation and trials.
10. Preparing quotations and supporting documents. Negotiating on price, payment and delivery terms, collecting forecast.
