Senior Trader- Grains

- Be responsible for physical trading of the grains complex across India

- Refine and further develop existing demand and growth forecasting models for grains complex business.

- Analyze current market trends and perform market research to introduce innovative marketing techniques to explore new markets for trade

- Be part of the global team for developing growth strategies across all agri commodities

- Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders of the supply chain to ensure smooth execution of the trade

- Develop new relationships with suppliers and customers to increase market exposure and opportunities to trade

- Work towards continuous improvement and effective techniques towards ops efficiency and better work quality leading to recognizable cost savings

- Minimum 10 years' experience trading physical grains in India with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of managing a team

- Good business degree, ideally an MBA, from a recognized university

- Strong knowledge and insights into the Indian Grains market and good understanding of global Agri business supply & demand dynamics

- Proven track record of increasing book of business over the years

- Strong stakeholder networking in the Indian Agri market

- Experience in conducting crop tours in key producing regions

- Calm ability to handle complexities throughout the supply chain
