- Would closely interact with brand teams and regional sales leadership to work out inputs and promotions.
- Needs to continuously keep building on the - brand sales / customer strategy- to make them best in class.
- Needs to closely track execution with extended sales team to ensure effective and timely closures.
- Regional coordination with SDMs/RSMs to iron out operational inefficiencies; supports Regional teams in execution of all initiatives and programs.
- Collaboration with agencies to build promotions, communication and engagement with trade and sales team members.
- Plan and execute new product / extension launches.
- Sales analytics leading to actionable points. Business planning and forecasting for his set of portfolio.
- Ensures efficient spending of the Trade Budget and supervises the budgetary spending Brand / Month wise.
- Carries out industry benchmarking exercises, at least once a quarter.
- Travel: Market visits for a minimum of 4 days a month to understand/analyze/improve the ground level business deliverables.
