1. A minimum of eight years- experience of working in the telephony and IVR mobile applications domain or enterprise IS and data management or m-Governance space in India in a strategic, technology management role. At least three of these years should be at a senior position in technology management / technology consulting.

2. Experience of vendor management and stakeholder relationship management at a senior level.

3. A proven track record of developing technology solutions and proposals around ambiguous unstructured requirements / concepts, to government or the corporate sector for mobile products or services, and large scale data-driven management.

4. Strong, proven technical project development and management skills and experience, using methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2

5. Demonstrable experience of managing large scale IVR service deployments, with good understanding of IVR technologies, including Voice Service Delivery Platform software and hardware and IVR applications.

6. Experience of managing large scale technical operations and ensuring adherence to multiple SLAs

7. Experience of managing technical suppliers of large scale technical implementations.

8. Strong subject matter knowledge and demonstrable experience of end-to-end network security, defining, implementing and monitoring data security, privacy and protection policies. Hands-on experience of successfully leading data security audits and compliance would be advantageous.

9. Excellent English communication skills essential, both written and verbal, as well as excellent Hindi verbal communication skills
