Job Details:

Experience Required: 4-7 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment

Location: Kharadi,Pune

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Mandatory Skill: Hiring expertise in Infra, DevOps, Networking, ServiceNow, Security, AWS, Azure positions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various platforms and methods.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong stakeholder management experience.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
