We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA Specialist who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. Proven experience of 5-7 Years of Technical Recruitment and Stakeholder Management Skills with prior experience of driving volume hiring and Lateral Hiring outcomes consistently (Experience of supporting Banking Client is must)
2. In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS, Taleo, workday etc
3. Excellent presentation, Analytical, Problem-solving skills
4. A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success
5. Solid history of delivering volume hiring in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels and techniques
6. MBA/ PG in Human Resources or similar relevant field
7. Should have good exposure in IT Recruitment
8. Prior experience in the staffing industry or Banking/Investment, preferably within TA Department
9. Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS,CRM etc.
10. Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.
11. Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
