Senior Technical Recruiter - IT Service Firm


Responsibilities:


Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract IT candidates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Assessment and Screening:

- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and technical interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

- Assess candidates' technical skills and experience to match them with suitable IT positions within the company.

Talent Pipeline Development:

- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals and a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates with the goal of building a diverse talent pool.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate selection and offer negotiations.

Interview Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless interview process.

- Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to inform hiring decisions.

Offer Management:

- Extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating compensation packages and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding of new IT hires.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in our applicant tracking system.

- Prepare regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities and candidate progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring IT professionals.

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using recruitment tools and software, including applicant tracking systems.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
