The Sr. Technical Product Manager will impact key product decisions through the development lifecycle. Would have a deep understanding of his/her customers- needs, the product and the competitive landscape. He/she should have the confidence and knowledge to successfully own the product platform and drive the development team. His/her product management experience and understanding of the software development cycle is essential to the successful development of requirements and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the evolution of multiple components of our APIs, global platform, integrations and messaging channels.
- Develops technical product specifications for the architecture of underlying platform components.
- Bridge business and technical worlds; good conceptual thinker to articulate opportunities and solutions
- Define and track product success metrics.
- Manages vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Develops and champions a product strategy for one or more complex platform components, and roadmap for one or more platform product areas in support of architectural vision and principles established.
- Engage frequently with both external (customers, partners, business) and internal (product development/Quality assurance, delivery, operations, field, Account Management) stakeholders/ teams to synthesize product features and constantly SHIP features/releases on a regular cadence.
- Supports product implementation and deployment.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects and prior knowledge of Agile techniques such as Kanban, Scrum and Scrumban are an advantage

Basic Qualifications:
- MS/BTech - Computer Science or related field from premium institutes.
- MBA would be a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Managing APIs, platforms and SDKs. (A software development kit (SDK or "devkit") .
- 7+ years of overall experience especially in developing scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient in Internet standards & technologies including REST.
- Understanding / Experience in Retail (Enterprise CRMs or E-commerce)
- Strong analytical acumen, and comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

- Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications.

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience creating Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Developer Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- Experience in product management selling products to enterprises
- Proven track-record of taking ownership and driving results
