Senior Technical Product Manager - eCommerce/SaaS

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development and business teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. You will oversee the development of various SaaS web applications for retailers, and brands and integrate existing enterprise ERPs and SFAs

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product strategy and roadmap by understanding market demands and technology trends.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, effec1ve, and user-friendly solutions.

- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tac1cal ac1vi1es.

- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and work with the engineering team to ensure clear understanding.

- Priori1ze features, build consensus and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to our users.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a new brand portal to replace the existing system.

- Develop a middleware solution to ensure smooth data exchange and synchroniza1on between different enterprise systems.

- Develop a retailer mobile application for orders, payments, oVake, offers, and discounts

- Establish development standards and processes to support agile development

- Act as a product evangelist, communicating with stakeholders internally and externally.

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.

- Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech-oriented business.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Experience in developing chatbots and middleware solutions would be highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

- Excellent wri\en and verbal communica1on skills.

- Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
