Senior Technical Manager - Software Development

- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.

- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.

- Must Exp.required in Node.Js.

- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

- Understands the benefits of the various programming languages and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application.

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and/or longer life.

- Collaborating with Department heads, marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of all technologies involved with the company

- Provide leadership to Department heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values.

- Studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development

- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

- Studying information processing systems to evaluate the effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP

- Keeps project manager well informed about the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects.

- Defines communicate and enforces coding standards.

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Consistently Delivers high-quality services to our clients.

- Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions.

- Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

- Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition.

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Serves as a key participant in team and client meetings.

- Identifying opportunities for web and mobile services
