We have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager- Oracle Data Integrator for one of our client.
Job Description :
- 12-14 years of experience in IT services with at least 5 years of experience to manage large scale operations involving 200+ people
- Must have 8 years hands-on experience on Oracle Data Integrator and Strong technical knowledge is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of people management experience is must.
- Accountable to drive and track initiatives across multiple technology domains within tower
- Ensuring Quality of Service across tower which includes Service level, SOW, Continuous improvement compliance.Interface with service assurance, Quality to ensure the reports are delivered on time.
- Accountable to establish and sustain the governance framework for DB tower operations
- Ensure various reports like finance, Recruitment, HR are delivered in time.
- Analyze various reports on a monthly basis and submit the recommendations.
- Accountable for governing and establishing processes within tower
- Represent the tower in various reviews at management level.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate, coordinate and communication between support functions.
- Identify and track risks related to finance, recruitment, HR and Technology for the tower.
- Participate in Unit level strategy and drive the actions to closure across the unit.
- Good experience in Financial Management
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Budget development and oversight experience
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Experience in the delivery of large scale customer services to expected SLAs
- Be able to understand complex cross platform technical issues, contractual requirements and able to identify areas for improvement
- Experience of setting an engagement model from scratch in the areas of Governance, Reporting, and Interfacing with client and business units
- Good delegation skills, negotiation skills and people management
