A Taste of What You'll be doing:
- Providing support to the end-user community for our Workforce Management solutions implemented (including UKG Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimension, UKG Workforce Planner, Indeavor). Researching, analyzing, and determining the appropriate course of action for fixing problems. Coordinating problem resolution across teams, including business contacts when necessary, engaging closely with end-users, business analysts, labour managers and plant managers.
- Managing or executing the implementation of UKG Kronos enhancements/improvements and or rollouts to new sites through all phases (including functional and Technical Design, Development/Configuration, Testing, Training, and Support)
- Will work closely with other IT teams on issue analysis & resolution.
- Responsible for ticket monitoring, assignments & updates & SLA monitoring.
- Ensuring operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Working with closely with UKG Kronos, Indeavor & Dell vendors on escalated issues.
- Recommending improvements to status reports and metrics.
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Staying current on industry trends.
Your Recipe for Success:
- Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate
- 6-9 years of experience designing and implementing solutions on UKG (Kronos) (e.g. WFC, WDM, WIM, WFD)
- Sound Knowledge of Workforce management business process (e.g. timecards, scheduling, attendance, accruals, pay rules, reporting).
- Skilled in cultivating and sustaining positive customer relationships, fostering strong interpersonal connections across IT and business teams, and with exceptional communication abilities.
- Experienced in Kronos integrations with external systems such as ERP, Payroll etc. using WIM, Dell Bhoomi software, File Transfer Software etc.
- Experience integrating Kronos clocks with and configuring within WFC.
- Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues and to proactively anticipate and prevent problems.
- Capable of challenging conventional thinking and looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and reinvent work processes and strong analytical process, MS Office and technical skills required.
