Principal Accountabilities :
- Inspection of title documents of the property inclusive of revenue records, P. R. Cards, mutation entries, title deeds, other related property documents etc. during title due diligence process.
- Review the draft of Title Certificate forwarded by Advocates and Solicitors, coordinating and interacting with them.
- Determine the existence of legal impediments in title of the property/structuring of the loan and guide the Business/Credit team to cure the defects.
- Review of Empanelled Lawyers
- Legal audit of the Retail cases
- Drafting/vetting/negotiating of loan documents, mortgage / security creation documents for Real Estate transactions
- Drafting/Vetting/negotiating of various Agreements/Contracts with Service Providers
- Vetting and drafting of reply to legal notices
