The primary purpose of this role is to drive and implement the global inclusion and diversity agenda. The incumbent will be responsible for ideating and executing meaningful and measurable programs, policies, initiatives, and communications that will elevate the culture of inclusion in the organization.
This role will involve working closely with both India and Overseas HR teams, Business teams and Senior stakeholders on a broad spectrum of I&D and engagement priorities. The role will also focus on how we communicate globally and regionally, and continue to elevate inclusion and diversity through clear, transparent and effective communication.
Inclusion & Diversity:
Data-Driven I&D Strategy:
- Curating the monthly dashboard to track gender diversity targets vs. achievements across all functions and business units (BUs), including female exit reasons and action plans to improve diversity numbers.
- Regularly analyse the impact of I&D programs using metrics such as retention rates, promotions for diverse groups, employee engagement scores etc. Highlight anomalies or outlier trends that need focus on.
- Regularly benchmark Industry Data to showcase best practices that can be adopted in the organization.
Inclusive Policies:
- Partner with the policy team to evolve I&D policies.
- Introduce new policies basis Industry data that support and elevate inclusion and diversity.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Assess suitable vendors for I&D-related trainings, sensitization workshops etc. Create sustainable models of such trainings/workshops.
- Identify vendors to support hiring initiatives for women in sales and manufacturing, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community and persons with disabilities.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations to build diverse talent pipelines and explore innovative hiring practices.
Global I&D Expansion:
- Customize I&D programs to be culturally relevant across India and overseas, ensuring localized approaches where needed.
- Create an I&D calendar of events and campaigns, ensuring representation from Functions outside of India.
I&D Brand Building:
- Develop social media campaigns to enhance employer brand.
- Organize external fireside chats featuring diverse speakers and leaders to promote I&D efforts on a global scale.
