- 8+ years of experience as Product Management, business analyst or operations
- MBA Preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Customer Analytics
- Managed diverse stakeholders from various teams, in complex environments
- Thorough understanding of banking domain especially in liability (CASA) and other liability products and also develops additional revenue enhancement opportunity for banks through extensive data exploratory analysis.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technology, dialer set up
- Experience in managing operations and projects with multiple requirements, stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong knowledge in Marketing performance measurement and management (MPM), marketing and business metrics.
- Customer data analytics, including customer segmentation, behavioral and direct marketing strategies and tactics
- Established experience in working with multiple stake holders and multi vendor environment
- Understanding of regulatory requirements especially in the liabilities and the channels space.
- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities / training as part of the job.
