Qualification : Graduate in commerce/MBA - finance /CA /ICWA with minimum 60%

Experience Minimum of 5-12 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in supervising people.

Current Designation : Should be Team Lead

Skills :

- Ability to implement processes effectively

- Good numerical ability and accurate reporting

- Good communication skills for leading the teams and to align teams with client deliverables

- Must maintain the SOP's with the Process updates

- Must maintain the SLA's with the Process updates

- Excellent written skills - ability to prepare reports

- Willingness to work in U.S. shifts

- Thorough knowledge M S Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
