Senior Team Leader - Co-Branded Credit Cards

The position is with well known company and they are looking for Sr. TL Co-Branded Credit Cards

Job description:

To conceptualize Co-branded Credit Card value proposition and lead the successful implementation its launch. End-to-end coordination with internal and external stakeholders like Network, Issuers, FC&A, Digital to ensure on-ground implementation and scaling up of program and achievement of KPIs

- Program Management

- GTM strategy/ Marketing plan

- Manage & lead P&L of the program

- Manage partnerships/ tie-ups with OEMs/ merchants, scout for regular offers

- Create customer value and campaigns to drive acquisition, usage & retention on the card

- Coordinate utilization of network/ issuer benefits & funding for qualifying incentives & marketing support. Monitor & submit applicable invoices for payment of network/ issuer benefits

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain co-branded card marketing calendar

- Ensure corporate employees, channel partners & their staffs are familiar with the co-branded card, its value & provide regular training to help them answer queries & promote the program. Explore corporate employee incentive programs for account acquisition

- Ensure overall system operations & compliance aspects of Co-branded Credit Card Program through the cross functional teams

- Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal and external stakeholders

Internal:

- Ops team for regular operational aspects including monthly reconciliation of card issuer reported results, customer service

- FC&A for validation & confirmation of incentive working followed by invoice creation

External:

- Issuer & Network for data analytics, payment of incentives, issue resolution

- OEMs/ merchants for potential partnerships
