Currently, Our Client is looking for a talented and driven Senior Talent Manager to help us continue to grow its IT Staffing Services Business.
Working at Our Client provides a compelling opportunity for the Sr. Talent Manager with a proven track record to be an impact player and to develop and lead a winning delivery team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have 5-7+ years (For Senior Talent Specialist), 3-5 years (For Talent Specialist ) of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting & Resource Management
- A demonstrated career progression from hands-on Recruiter to Senior Recruiter
- Should have deep understanding of IT Labor Categories and other IT Technical terms
- Knowledge of US labor legislation
- Should be highly conversant with the US IT staffing industry and consultant base
- Hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases and strategies, operations metrics
- Excellent Resume formatting skills
- Bachelors Degree in Technology, Science or Business
Responsibilities:
- Will work in a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions
- Work with Priority on the client requirements allocated by the lead
- Be motivated & focused to deliver to established metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with the Delivery lead to achieve stated objectives & goals
- Implement and maintain quality process for the work output.
- Ability to interact, develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
- Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements Be responsible for delivering on individual goals

Compensation: Market competitive which includes Base and Variable pay
Work Shift : Standard US Eastern Time Zone (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Monday-Friday
Holidays : Standard US Holidays
